The soothing green and blue hues, textured surface, and sunlit path will invite you into a forest filled with wonder.  This painting was inspired by an early morning hike in the woods of Santa Fe, N.M. Surprised by the sun shining through the forest and dancing upon the gentle waters, I reached for my camera to shoot the scene for future inspiration to paint.
